Every week you will have the opportunity to submit your weekly weight and nutrition habits. This is optional. Some may use this for accountability, some may want feedback on their progress, and some may choose to not measure anything at all. This program is about what works best for you and getting the support you need. If you do submit your weight, please know that reports are pulled at the end of each week and your coach will respond to you within a week. Please feel free to ask questions to your coach via email or in the weekly group calls.
